Liberty is a jazz tap dancer and electronic producer. She concocts fresh tracks that incorporate her voice and dance rhythms, and her sound has been likened to Solange, Massive Attack, and Feist.
Liberty grew up making DIY music in Western Mass. She’s a trained flamenco dancer and an avid beatmaker and tap dancer since moving to NYC in 2012. You can find Liberty dancing the night away wherever she goes.
She's the tomboy with the beats and the fast feet -- forever dedicated to the groove and to the underground dance cultures that she loves.
Liberty performs her live electronic set across NYC and internationally, often bringing in exciting collaborators across jazz, hip hop and dance. Credits include Ronnie Scott’s, NY Live Arts, and the world famous Apollo Theater.
Liberty has been a featured tap soloist on tour with musicians including British saxophonist Xhosa Cole and Brooklyn-born pianist John Lander, and has also performed in projects by Orlando Hernandez, Ian Berg and Michela Marino Lerman.
